The Board of Selectmen is seeking suggestions to name the Canton Middle/High School Turf Field, Canton Middle/High School Stadium and the Upper Field at the Canton Middle/High School which are all located at 76 Simonds Avenue. On April 20, 2023, Marc Warren, UCONN Master Composter ’21, gave a very informative presentation on how to compost at home. His presentation was filled with an abundance of educational material. After the power point presentation was complete, the Committee and attendees ventured outside to the Community Garden area for a demonstration of how to start composting at home.
