Vial-of-Life ~

This program provides vital medical information in a home emergency. A plastic vial containing an information sheet is stored in the refrigerator, and a decal on the outside of the appliance informs emergency personnel that vital information is available. The Yellow Dot Program ~

A Yellow Dot sticker is affixed to your car's back windshield to notify first responders, in the event of an emergency, that pertinent information can be found in the glove compartment.  Further information is available through the Senior Services Department, 860-693-5811.
