How do I modify a boundary line/ record a lot line adjustment?

Boundary adjustments that modify property lines shown on an approved, recorded subdivision map are subject to staff review to insure conformance to the Town’s zoning regulations.  Prior to recording a proposed boundary adjustment/ property line revision with the Town Clerk a copy must be provided to the Land Use Office for review.
