Assistant Swim Coach
Assistant Swim Coaches oversees and directs daily practices and assists with swim meets, while maintaining safety standards and guidelines at all times. Follows and enforces town and department policies. Ensures quality customer service to all program participants.
• Assist with the planning of swim meets and preparing line ups
• Assist with planning and implementing staff duties
• Operate within assigned budgets
• Maintain superior communication with other staff and parents
• Ensure the safety and well being of swimmers by providing high quality risk management at all times
• Other duties as assigned
• American Red Cross CPR/First Aid Certification (provided if hired)
• Experience working with children and supervising staff in a competitive swim team environment
• Certified Lifeguard (preferred)
• At least 16 years of age
