Maintainer/Equipment Operator II


The Town of Canton seeks applicants for the position of Maintainer/Equipment Operator II. Responsibilities include snow plowing and general maintenance of Town roads, grounds and facilities.  The position is 40 hours per week at a rate of $26.52 per hour. The position starts in January 2025. High School diploma or equivalent and one (1) year experience in highway maintenance, construction or grounds keeping work or similar combination of education and experience. Must possess a current valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
