Upper Collinsville Dam Request for Proposal

The Town of Canton, Connecticut (Town) is issuing a request for a Design-Build-Finance-Operate proposal for the development of the hydroelectric potential of the Upper Collinsville Dam. Four complete copies of the proposal (one original and three copies) must be filed. Proposals will be received in the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, Canton Town Hall, 2nd Floor, 4 Market Street, Collinsville, CT by July 7, 2015, 3:00 PM local time.
