REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR
ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR A
PROPOSED DPW FACILITY

The Town of Canton is soliciting proposals from qualified parties to provide services for its proposed new Department of Public Works Facility at 50 Old River Road in Canton.

The selected Consultant(s) will be expected to demonstrate professional experience in building design, architecture, and presentation of design components to Town Land Use Agencies and Commissions. The Town has prepared a preliminary concept site plan and building drawings and is looking to engage professional services to create a final building/facility plans [site plan by others] and when necessary represent the Town before regulatory agencies and commissions.

Copies of the RFP may be obtained from the Town of Canton’s website (http://townofcantonct.org) under the Request for Proposals link. Proposals must be received by 11:00am on February 24, 2017 in the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, Canton Town Hall, 4 Market Street, Collinsville, CT 06019.
