Tax Sale Information – posted March 26, 2026

The Town of Canton will hold a tax sale on TUESDAY, JUNE 16, 2026.

The two properties that are included in this sale are:
108 Main St Collinsville CT LLC
401 Albany Turnpike LLC

General information about the tax sale procedure can be found on www.cttaxsales.com.  Any detailed questions regarding the two properties for sale should be directed to Attorney Adam J. Cohen at ajcohen@pullcom.com or by phone at (203)330-2230.

Town hall staff will not
assist potential bidders by explaining how tax sales work, will not assist in researching properties and will not offer information about the details of the tax sale properties.
