10/30/2025 - Let's continue the Affordable Housing Discussion!
The Town of Canton is working on the implementation of its 2022 Affordable Housing Plan and the development of an
updated plan. This process involves reviewing the document,Town regulations, and existing affordable housing stock, and preparing new housing design standards.

Building on our September introductory session, we are seeking your input at this interactive, tabletop discussion-based session to hear your thoughts about affordable housing in Canton. This will help the Town prioritize goals, implement design guidelines, and advance affordable housing.

A future session will review potential recommendations for improvements to our regulations and policies, and
give the public an opportunity to weigh in on any proposals.

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 7-8:30pm @ the Canton Community Center, 40 Dyer Avenue - Bottom Floor
