The Town of Canton seeks candidates for the position of Benefits Coordinator. The position is responsible to oversee the employee benefits of both the Town and the Board of Education. The position is 35 hours per week and pays a salary range of $68,000 to 72,000 annually. The Benefits Coordinator oversees the implementation and administration of employee benefits such as health insurance, pension, supplemental insurance, flexible spending and wellness programs. The Benefits Coordinator is also responsible for employee onboarding.
Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Human Resources or related field and at least three years of progressively responsible work experience in a municipality or school district preferred; or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training.
