The Board of Selectmen is seeking suggestions to name the Canton Middle/High School Turf Field, Canton Middle/High School Stadium and the Upper Field at the Canton Middle/High School which are all located at 76 Simonds Avenue. This cemetery was a gift from Reuben Barber who was the first person buried here in 1825.  It was enlarged in 1863 and again in 1878.
