Again this year, the Farmington River Coordinating Committee, (FRCC), is offering two $1,000 scholarships to high school graduates or current undergraduates from the five river-front towns of Barkhamsted, Canton, Colebrook, Hartland and New Hartford, who will be or are attending college to major in environmental science or a related field.  For information and an application, please visit our website at farmingtonriver.org and click on the scholarship tab or inquire at your school's guidance office.
