10/7/2014 - Canton Land Trust benefit on Oct 7

Support Canton Land Trust and have a fun family evening at Flatbread Pizza on Oct. 7!

Dine there or order your pizza to go, and meanwhile support the Canton Land Conservation Trust on Tues. Oct. 7 at Flatbread Pizza, in The Shoppes at Farmington Valley.

Beginning at 5:30 p.m., Flatbread Pizza will donate a portion of the evening’s pizza sales – including a gluten-free pizza option – to the Land Trust. Diners will also have the opportunity to learn more about the Land Trust’s 2,000 safeguarded acres, including activities, wildlife and trails.

The Canton Land Conservation Trust is a non-profit conservation organization formed in 1972 to acquire, preserve and protect land of scenic, natural or historic value within the Town of Canton; to maintain this land and its plant and animal life using the best conservation, wildlife habitat and forestry practices available; and to promote public awareness, understanding and enjoyment of the land. See www.cantonlandtrust.org for more information.
