The Board of Selectmen will hold two public hearings on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at 7:00pm in Room F at the Canton Community Center, 40 Dyer Avenue, Canton, Connecticut.   The meetings will be a hybrid format in that people will be able to view and participate in the public hearings remotely or in-person at the Canton Community Center. Social distancing will be required so seating may be limited. 

The purpose of the public hearings will be to take comments on the following:

1) The Town’s participation in the Neighborhood Assistance Act (NAA) Tax Credit Program and the activities proposed by eligible tax-exempt and municipal organizations. Completed NAA applications received by the Town can be viewed on Town’s web site at www.townofcantonct.org.

2) On whether the Town should grant a temporary easement over Town property to Eugene and Donna Harris for the purposes of accessing 19 Woodland Drive.
