4/9/2020 - A Message from Superintendent of Schools Kevin Case 4/9/20

Good Afternoon,

I'm writing to let you know that Governor Ned Lamont just announced that schools will be closed through May 20th. Whether or not a decision will be made to possibly close schools for the remainder of the year will depend on the public health situation at that time.

I also want to let you know that you have received today a "Distance Learning Family Inventory" from your child's School Principal. Please take a brief moment to let us know how this remote teaching/learning process is working for your child. We will use this feedback to improve our practices following Spring Break. Thank you in advance. We value your feedback!

Thank you for your partnership with us and for your hard work in supporting your child's learning! We appreciate it!

I wish you and your family a Happy Passover, a Blessed Easter, and a relaxing Spring Break.

Sincerely,
Kevin D. Case
Superintendent of Schools
