The Canton Planning & Zoning Commission has set a public hearing for November 20, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in Room F of the Community Center for a five-year update to the Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD). In accordance with Connecticut General Statutes 8-23h (3), the Commission is providing notice of the proposed updates to the public. Please see the statute referenced below.

Sec. 8-23h(3) At least thirty-five days prior to the public hearing on adoption, the commission shall post the plan on the Internet web site of the municipality, if any.
