WHAT: Talking to Teens: Improving Communication and Listening Differently - Learn to look for signs of nonverbal communication as well as increase your ability to have more productive discussions by using Mindfulness and Parent Management Training Skills. Parent discussion will follow skill portion of the group to share ideas.
