Happy New Year!!

We are off and running into 2024. As promised, check back monthly to see any new changes or initiatives my administration is undertaking.

If you would like the Dept. of Public Works to dispose of your Christmas Tree free of charge, place the tree (undecorated and tinsel removed) at the curbside of your public road no later than January 5th.

We still have a few vacancies on a number of volunteer boards in town.  Check out the top of the main website page under the Government tab and then Commission Members and Vacancies.  We have a lot of talented and gifted residents in town and I can’t think of a more meaningful way of giving back than donating your time and talents to a board of your liking.

Next month the Board of Selectmen will officially adopt their goals for the two year term 2024-2025. I will highlight those in this commentary once approved.

Lastly, I want to personally thank all of the public safety personnel in town and those residents who work in the public safety and healthcare professions who work 24/7 even on holidays to keep us safe and healthy.
