Upper Collinsville Mill Pond Master Plan
The Town of Canton through its Chief Administrative Officer is seeking a consultant to complete the Upper Collinsville Mill Pond Master Plan. The study is being funded by a grant from the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection (CTDEP). CTDEP is the owner of the Upper Collinsville Dam that creates the Upper Collinsville Mill Pond that extends from Conn Route 179 upstream on the Farmington River to approximately Town Bridge Road.
A Scope of Services for the project is available on the Town’s website at www.townofcantonct.org or by clicking HERE. Consultants responding to this RFQ must address all items in the Scope of Services to be considered having made a responsible submission. The selection of the consultant will be by a QBS process. Consultants that are interested in being considered for this project should submit a letter of interest and such other information as may demonstrate qualifications and experience in the successful completion of water resource master plans (one original and 5 copies) to:
