You must be a not-for-profit organization located within or serving the Town of Canton. Mail or email the Administrative Secretary at Canton Town Hall, PO Box 168, Collinsville, CT 06022-0168 or webmaster@townofcantonct.org. Include the name of the organization; the name and phone number of a contact person; the date, time and location of the event; and a brief description (electronic PC format preferred).

Meeting rooms on the main floor of the Community Center are available for free for meetings of non-profit organizations located within or serving the Town of Canton, based on availability. The ground floor Multi-Purpose/Community Room with kitchen is available for rent at $150 for a minimum of four hours and $25 for each additional hour. A $250 refundable deposit is required.
