Application Submission and Review
The next step will be to submit your application on official forms provided by the Land Use Office, along with all the required supporting information including site development plans, architectural drawings, drainage calculations, landscaping, site lighting, and other pertinent information (Zoning Checklist and Site Plan Checklist).
In order to be considered for the agenda of a land use Commission/ Board/ Agency, the complete application must be submitted to the Land Use Office no later than 10 days before their next meeting. Each application must include the appropriate fee.
The Land Use Office will transmit all written comments to you and your development team as they are received. Every effort is made to transmit all comments in a timely in anticipation of plan revisions prior to the meeting.
