Roger has been with the Canton Water Pollution Control Facility since November of 2002.  He started as Chief Operator and was promoted to Superintendent in September 2010.  His qualifications include a State of Ct Class IV Wastewater Treatment Operator's Certificate, Class IV Collections and Class I Laboratory License.

CHIEF OPERATOR:

Troy Radcliff came to us in Decmeber of 2010 from Bristol WWTF.  He has a State of Ct Class III Wastewater Treatment's Certificate and is working towards getting Class IV Certficiate.  Qualifications also include a Class III collections and Class I Laboratory License.

CLASS III OPERATOR:
John Wabrek   860-693-7859
John Wabrek has been with the Canton Water Pollution Control Facility since June of 2000.  He currently holds a State of Ct Class II Wastewater Treatment's certificate.  John's main responsibility here at the Canton WPCF is to manage the lab within the plant, and to forward and review all external lab work.  He has also received his Class I Collections License.

Victoria Arel started with the Water Pollution Control Authority in November 1998 as a Recording Secretary, and has been promoted several times into her current role as Administrative Assistant.  She currently is responsible for assisting the Superintendent and the consulting on-call Engineer in the daily administrative operations of the water pollution control facility.  She also handles all correspondences and files complete FOI requirements regarding the Water Pollution Control Authority monthly meetings.

Victoria Arel started and has been operating the Fats, Oil and Grease Program (FOG) for the Town of Canton, WPCA since 2009.  This program is based on the State of CT, DEP General Permit for the Discharge of Wastewater Associated with Food Preparation Establishments.
