Record requests may be made Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. When requesting copies of reports, please allow 5 business days from the date of the incident and call the Records Department prior to coming to the Police Department to pick-up. Requested copies of reports must be picked up at the Canton Police Department unless prior arrangements are made with the Records Department.
