Preschool Activities

Canton Parks and Recreation provides a wide variety of activities for Preschool age children.

Programs include Sports, Music, and more. Please note that many classes are ongoing, if classes have already started, please contact the Parks and Recreation office for new dates and classes.

ACROfitness TUMBLETOTS & ACROfitness TUMBLEKIDS!

Tumbletots (18months-3 years)This class is a fun intro to tumbling, dance and fitness. Students, assisted by their parent will learn somersaults, cartwheels plus a variety of fitness skills amd musical games! (March 6th-April 10th, 6 weeks ) Time: 10:15-11:00am Location: Canton Community Center, Program room Fee: $60.00        Min: 10 Max: 10

Tumble kids (4-6 years) More tumbling, dance & fitness fun! Students will learn somersaults, cartwheels, round offs, handstands, backbends and more! Partner tricks. strength and flexibilty challenges are also introduced. (March 6th-April 10th, 6 weeks) Time: 11:00am-12:00pm Location: Canton Community Center, Program room       Fee: $60.00 Min: 10    Max 10

**Note* March 27th, Canton Town Easter Egg Hunt will take place at Mills Pond Park at 10:00am. Classes above will be pushed back one hour to begin at 11:15am and 12:00pm. so all children may join in the egg hunt!

       New Program Beginning in April!   "Baby Sign" Sign Language for your baby! This new

    program will be taught by a certified baby sign language instructor. All learning materials will be

provided by instructor. Please see our Summer Brochure for more details. Classes are forming now

for our next session in April.

Easter Egg Hunt March 27th--10:00am SHARP! Bring your Easter basket to collect

your Easter treats! Meet the Easter Bunny- he will be making a surprise visit!

A theme based art & story time for Pre-School children designed by a certified teacher. Children will have activities based upon the stories that are read.
