1. When did the Town perform its last revaluation?

The last revaluation was effective October 1, 2008.

The next revaluation will be in 2013. The Town will revalue property once every 5 years starting October 1, 1999.

3. At what rate are properties assessed?

Properties are assessed at 70% of their fair market value as of the last revaluation.
