On December 5, 2007, a Temporary Study Committee was established pursuant to Town Charter 6-5(i) for purposes of considering enhancements and/or modifications to benefits provided through Ordinance 228. The term of the Committee shall expire upon submission to and acceptance of its recommendations to the Board of Selectmen or June 5, 2008, whichever occurs first. The Committee shall provide the Board of Selectmen with an update on the process and its recommendations by February 21, 2008 and periodically thereafter.
