In honor of Animal Care and Control Appreciation Week, the Canton Police Department recognizes the hard work and commitment shown by Animal Control Officer (ACO), Beverly LaPlume.  Bev LaPlume serves as the ACO for both Canton and Avon. Bev’s unrelenting dedication, compassion, rescue efforts, investigation efforts and enforcement has earned her the respect of law enforcement agencies and the community. 

ACO LaPlume is an essential part of a comprehensive public safety network to ensure the protection and safety of animals. Thank-you Bev.
