• The Board adopted the fiscal year 2020/2021 Board of Selectmen Budget in the amount of $ 11,602,169.  

• The Board authorized the CAO to execute a contract with Milone & MacBroom in an amount not to exceed $5,000 for the preliminary design, cost estimate and rendering for the construction of a softball field with amenities next to the existing girls varsity softball field at the High School. 

• The Board approved the following resolution: 
"NOW THEREFORE, In recognition of all the volunteers that have served on the Board of Selectmen, including four of the last six First Selectmen who were woman, the Board hereby requests that the next duly appointed Charter Revision Commission consider changing the Board of Selectmen to a gender neutral name."   

• The Board authorized Town Bridge to be painted utilizing a three coat painting system and the color choice will be decided at the next Board of Selectmen meeting.
