PUBLIC HEARING

The Board of Selectmen, in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the Town Charter and Connecticut General Statute 7-163e, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Canton Community Center, Room F, 40 Dyer Avenue, Canton, Connecticut to take comments on the following:

Whether the Town should transfer Town owned property known as 4 Westwood Drive, 6 Westwood Drive and 7 Westwood Drive in exchange for 79 Commerce Drive, which is owned by the Canton Land Conservation Trust, for the purposes of creating a dog park at 79 Commerce Drive.
