The Canton Historical Museum is celebrating Sam Collins’ Birthday with the Sam Collins Birthday Bash!

Sunday, September 24th
11am to 4pm
at the Canton Historical Museum and surrounding area.

Events will include:
-Music On The Band Stage  
-Face Painting from 2pm to 4pm
-Pony Rides from 12:00 to 4pm - $5 per ride
-Loom Weaving Demonstrations
-Spinning Demonstrations
-Pottery Demonstrations
-Blacksmith Demonstrations
-Classic Cars On Display
-Sam Collins Birthday Cupcakes
-Canton Museum Soda for Sale
-Lions Hotdogs
-Model Trains Running Upstairs
-Garden Steam Trains Running Outdoors
-1900s Margaret Dyer (Shirley Scarpino) will be selling fudge as she did in the 1900s
-Sam Collins (Don Scott) and his wife (Dee Boorjian) will be touring the festivities to tell people about their lives

15 Minute Presentations: 
-Sam Collins And His Company by Tom Ayres - 12:30pm and 2:30pm 
-The Collins Company Buildings by Kathleen Taylor - 1:15 and 3:00 
-The Railroads of Collinsville by Steve Wysowski - 2:00pm and 3:30pm
