SPECIAL TOWN MEETING

Notice is hereby given to the electors of the Town of Canton and those qualified taxpayers lawfully entitled to vote in Canton Town Meetings pursuant to Section 7-6 of the Connecticut General Statutes that a Special Town Meeting will be commenced on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at 7:00 PM in Room F located at the Canton Public Library & Community Center, 40 Dyer Avenue, Canton, Connecticut, to consider and take action on the following question:

1. Shall the Town of Canton transfer $12,983.09 from the undesignated fund balance to the Emergency Medical Service Special Revenue Fund for the purpose of funding Fiscal Year 2015-2016 deficits in the Emergency Medical Service budget?
