9/27/2016 - Canton Land Conservation Trust to hold benefit Sept 27

Flatbread Benefit to Support Canton Land Conservation Trust

Dine there or order your pizza to go, and support the Canton Land Conservation Trust: the Flatbread Company, in the Shoppes at Farmington Valley, Canton, will host a Canton Land Trust benefit on Tues. Sept. 27 from 5 to 9 p.m.

A share of all pizza sales will benefit the Land Trust, which safeguards 2,000 acres and maintains hiking trails and organizes activities so the public may enjoy this natural land and its wildlife.

The Canton Land Conservation Trust is a non-profit conservation organization formed in 1972 to acquire, preserve and protect land of scenic, natural or historic value within the Town of Canton; to maintain this land and its plant and animal life using the best conservation, wildlife habitat and forestry practices available; and to promote public awareness, understanding and enjoyment of the land. See www.cantonlandtrust.org for more information.
