Firefighter/EMT (Part-time)
The Town of Canton is accepting applications for two part-time Firefighter/EMT positions. The position will be weekday, daytime hours, approximately 16 hours per week. The rate of pay shall be $29.20 per hour. Applicants will be required to participate in an oral board interview, drug screening, criminal background check, physical examination and must hold a recent CPAT card or be a current firefighter/EMT with a career fire department for 3 years. Applicant must have completed FF2 training and a minimum of five years of firefighter experience along with a Connecticut Emergency Medical Technician certification.
